Made with selected green plums from the East Rift Valley, grown in the unspoiled country between the Central Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range.

Steeped and matured in our own spirit
Fed by clean mountain water and plenty of sun, the plums are steeped and matured in a spirit ManCheng distills itself. The aroma of the plum stone and the acidity of the fruit blend slowly into the liquor. With time the flavor becomes rich in layers, balanced and fine, and carries the purity and abundance of the Hualien and Taitung land.
Balanced sweet and sour, with a fresh, long finish
The taste is a balance of sweet and sour, round and easy to drink. The finish is fresh and long, and the fruit lingers.
