Vacuum distillation, then a copper pot still
The base is selected Hualien rice with a fine aroma. It is distilled at low temperature under vacuum to keep its delicate aromas, then rested until the water and spirit have fully integrated. A second, slow distillation follows in a copper pot still imported from Forsyths of Scotland. Only the purest heart of the run is kept, refined layer by layer.
Clear, with a rounded, long finish
The spirit is clear and bright, smooth yet structured, with light notes of rice, fruit and flowers and a rounded, long finish. It shows the finesse and depth of grain distilling.
