Tasting notes
Rested in Spanish Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, this is a very luxurious whisky. The nose is sweet, with raisins, figs and dark molasses, and a touch of cocoa and sweet baking spice.
The palate is full and velvety, with layers of black dates, caramel, milk chocolate and sun-ripened dark dried fruit. The finish is very long, and the deep, rich sweetness of the sherry stays in the mouth.
