The grain is grown in Taiwan: mainly selected Hualien rice, combined with wheat. We distill it slowly at low pressure and low temperature. This keeps the rice aroma at its purest and finest.
We keep only the heart of the run
Only the heart of the run is kept during distillation, so the taste is cleaner and softer. The spirit is smooth and rounded in the mouth, with a pure, long finish. It reflects Taiwan's land and rice culture, and the distiller's craft.
