Personal data notice
Pinqing Biotechnology Enterprise Co., Ltd. collects the name, email address, optional phone number and message you enter to answer product inquiries, handle visit requests and follow up on partnership contacts. For security, your IP address and verification data may also be processed.
Your data is used only by the staff who handle your inquiry and by the providers of our website hosting, security verification and email services (Cloudflare and Resend), and only as far as is necessary to handle this inquiry and keep the service secure. It is processed electronically. Processing takes place in Taiwan and at those providers’ service locations worldwide, so your data may be processed outside Taiwan.
Inquiry data is kept for as long as it takes to handle the inquiry and, as a rule, deleted within one year after the matter is closed. Where we have an ongoing relationship with you, or the law requires otherwise, it is kept for as long as that requires. Security records hold only what is needed to deal with abuse of the service and are deleted once they are no longer needed.
You may contact us at [email protected] or 03-876-3534 to ask to look up or view your personal data, obtain a copy of it, or supplement or correct it, and to ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it and to delete it.
Providing your data is voluntary. Without the required fields the form cannot be sent, but you can still contact us by phone or LINE. This form does not add you to any marketing list.
